At 11: 00 a.m. on February 23rd this year, 65 BYD employees who had finished breakfast showed symptoms of poisoning in the back door market of BYD factory. Among them, 2 died after being rescued, 19 were hospitalized and 42 were under medical observation. The incident was identified as nitrite poisoning. After investigation by the police, it was confirmed that the case was deliberately poisoned.

Allegations: In July, 2007, 33-year-old Zhu Yuanlin jointly built a new market on Baoping Road next to BYD Company in Baolong Industrial Zone, longgang town. Because an old market nearby had a competitive relationship with him, Zhu held a grudge against the old market. At the end of 2007, he was introduced to Zhang Zhenhua and Zhang Zhenhua of BYD Company, who intended to operate an ice rink in the new market. In exchange for exempting the rent of 500,000 yuan, Zhu agreed and instructed Zhang to use poisoning and other means to urge the government to dismantle the old market. Zhang Zhenhua agreed. On February 20th this year, Zhu and Zhang signed the relevant agreement, which stipulated that if Zhang Zhenhua could clear the old market before March 18th, 2008, it would be free of rent of 500,000 yuan.

Zhang Zhenhua immediately found his fellow villager Ke Bizhi to run a skating rink in partnership, and discussed ways to dismantle the old market. Ke Bizhi learned that nitrite can cause diarrhea through inquiry, so he decided with Zhang to put nitrite into the food stalls in the old market. After that, Ke bought a bottle of nitrite in a chemical shop next to Longgang bus station in Shenhui Road, dissolved it and put it in two plastic bottles, and called his fellow villager Wang Yingde to tell him what happened and asked Wang to help him put nitrite out.

In the early morning of February 23, 2008, Wang Yingde put in nitrite prepared in advance at the food stall in the old market. On the morning of the same day, the people who ate at the stalls poisoned by Wang Yingde had symptoms of poisoning. On the day of the incident, the old market was demolished, but after the police detected the case, the new market covering an area of more than 5,000 square meters was also demolished.

  Who planned the poisoning?

At 3 pm yesterday, four defendants appeared in the criminal court of Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court. Except Zhu Yuanlin, all three defendants pleaded guilty. Zhu Yuanlin denied that he had instigated the poisoning. "Zhang Zhenhua wants something from me, saying that he can get rid of the old market. How can I teach him the method?" Zhang Zhenhua and Ke Bizhi said that Zhu Yuanlin said more than once that "to get rid of the old market, no matter what means, it is best to do something about hygiene, even if it is’ diarrhea’".

Zhang Zhenhua and Ke Bizhi are fellow villagers. They have opened stores and sold mobile phones and restaurants together, but their business is average. This time, I wanted to run the skating rink in partnership, and then something happened. The former good friends passed the buck to each other in court.

Wang Yingde, the direct poisoner, said in court that he was working in Ke Bizhi’s restaurant at that time, and he did so out of the loyalty of his buddies. Wang Yingde also said that after the incident, Zhang Zhenhua called him to flee to Myanmar.

The prosecution also supplemented Zhu Yuanlin with the crime of illegal business operation yesterday. According to the prosecution, he was suspected of collaborating with others to illegally develop shops, and rented them out, and charged tenants more than 1.4 million yuan in rent. Zhu Yuanlin pleaded guilty to the charge of illegal business operation.

A family member of the deceased and an injured person entrusted their agents to claim more than 800,000 yuan and 170,000 yuan of criminal incidental civil compensation respectively.

Hangzhou Airport City Avenue has a speed limit of 50 yards, and the driver accidentally deducts 12 points

In the past few days, Mr. Fang in Hangzhou has been particularly depressed: he has stepped on the accelerator, exceeded the speed limit by more than 50%, his driver’s license has been deducted for 12 points, and he has to enter a study class and re-study for the exam.

The road he was speeding on was called Hangzhou Airport City Avenue, with a speed limit of 50 kilometers per hour. "I drove 77 yards at the time, just over 50%." Mr. Fang was very regretful, but also a little confused, "I think this road is very empty, how can the speed limit be 50 yards?"

This is after the Qianjiang Evening News paid attention to the speed limit problem in the tunnels around the East Railway Station not long ago, it received another report from readers about the speed limit problem.

  Journalist experience:

There are speed limit signs at almost every intersection

Hangzhou Airport City Avenue, the name is related to Hangzhou Airport, but many people may not have walked through it. To and from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, people usually take the Airport Expressway or Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway. The Airport City Avenue is just below the Airport Expressway, which is the ground road. The speed limit of the airport expressway is 100 kilometers per hour, and there is no high-speed toll for entering the airport, so many old drivers will not go to the Airport City Avenue.

A few days ago, a reporter from Qian Bao went to the scene to experience it.

From the intersection of Xixing Bridge and Binsheng, the sign shows that driving straight is the Airport City Avenue. But going straight ahead, you have to pass a big turntable first.

As soon as you pass the turntable and enter Airport City Avenue, the high-hanging speed limit sign "50" at the intersection is very conspicuous. This road has six lanes in both directions, and the new asphalt surface is smooth and comfortable. According to the data, Airport City Avenue opened on August 22, 2016, with a total length of about 13.47 kilometers.

When they first entered, there were endless green spaces on both sides of the road, blocked by barbed wire, and few houses and people could be seen on both sides. After driving for a while, farmers’ houses could be seen on both sides, and some citizens riding electric vehicles and small tricycles came and went on the non-motorized road. Ningmu Village, Shengle Village, Shengzhong Village… There are still many villages.

Indeed, as netizens said, there would be an intersection a few hundred meters away, and they often had to stop and wait for traffic lights. Knowing that the speed limit was 50 yards, the reporter drove cautiously and saw that the green light was ahead. Even if there was no car, he dared not step on the accelerator.

British media said that Putin secretly accumulated more than 40 billion US dollars in assets during his eight years in power.

New Express News The British "Guardian" quoted internal sources of Putin’s government as saying that the Russian Kremlin was fighting among billions of dollars of state-owned assets, and it was revealed for the first time that Putin had secretly accumulated more than 40 billion dollars (about 300 billion yuan) of assets during his eight years in power. It is said that he owns large shares in three Russian oil and gas companies, and whether Putin can keep his assets after leaving office has become the core issue.

Putin is the richest man in Europe.

In an interview with the British newspaper The Guardian on the 21st of last month, Russian political scholar Bierfus said that Putin holds the shares of three Russian energy giants through overseas opaque trust funds, including 37% of Surgutneftegaz, Russia’s third largest oil development company, with a value of 20 billion US dollars (about 150 billion yuan) and 4.5% of Gazprom)4.5% Putin’s personal net worth exceeds $40 billion, making him the richest man in Europe.

Cover up with an overseas company

According to the report, Putin owns as much as 75% of the Swiss-based Gunvor oil trading company founded by his friend timchenko. Gunvor’s operation is very mysterious. It has neither an official website nor an office in Moscow, but this year it announced an astronomical profit of 8 billion US dollars (about 60 billion yuan) and a turnover of 43 billion US dollars (about 330 billion yuan).

Berfsky said: "Putin has at least $40 billion, how much is unknown at most, and maybe there are other businesses I don’t know … Putin’s name will certainly not be made public on the shareholders’ register, and these offshore companies will not make public equity transactions."

Putin’s wealth has always been a taboo for Russians. This time, it was revealed that the current internal struggle in the Kremlin is an important incentive. It is reported that Medvedev and other "liberals" nominated by Putin as the next Russian presidential candidate are competing with a group of national security agencies headed by Xie Qin, deputy chief of staff of Kegong, for the control of billions of dollars of state-owned enterprises’ assets.

  An out-and-out "businessman"

Bilfsky, who has written about Putin, believes that western countries have been deceived by Putin’s image as a "new Soviet" politician. He described Putin as a "typical" businessman, believing that money makes the mare go, and his ideas were deeply influenced when he worked in the mayor’s office of St. Petersburg, which was in the early 1990s when Russian crimes were rampant.

Bieshi said that money is the only way for Putin to achieve his goal. Panfilov, the leader of Transparency International in Russia, pointed out that the "random" corruption of the Russian government in 1990s had evolved into "systematic and institutionalized corruption" in Putin’s era.

  The oil company responded

  Putin is not a "beneficiary"

Gunvor Oil Trading Company issued a statement on 21st, denying the rumor that Russian President Vladimir Putin was the "beneficiary" of the company, which was the first response of the company on the relationship with Putin.

Tarnqvist, CEO of Gunnvor, sent a letter to The Guardian, in which he said that it was "extremely wrong" to say that the company benefited from its close relationship with the Kremlin. Putin is not the beneficiary of the company’s business activities, and neither he (Putin) nor his friends are shareholders of the company.

Tarnqvist also said that Gunnvor’s profits were exaggerated. He acknowledged the revenue figures reported by the media about the company, but refused to disclose its profits in 2007.
