The official maintenance experience and feeling of the guard 110 before long-distance self-driving
I mentioned 110 at the end of 23, and I have run more than 7,000 kilometers so far. Although I have not yet reached the maintenance cycle, I decided to take the car to the store for maintenance due to my recent free time and plan to go for a long-distance self-drive. By the way, I will have a thorough inspection.
As soon as I entered the door, the service consultant received me warmly and led me to the customer reception area to wait. The last time I was in the store, I had just picked up the car. I noticed that there were now "service promise" signs placed all over the walls and tables in the reception area.
It probably means that the current after-sales services are transparent and the price is transparent, and even the accessories channels will be clearly announced. If the original parts are used, the original factory quality assurance will be sent for 12 months. If the sub-factory parts are involved, you will be asked to sign a confirmation letter to inform you that it will only be used after approval.
Since I am only the first warranty, change the oil filter and then check the car, but to be honest, these service promises are still very reassuring. When buying a car, I was still thinking about whether the 4S shop would "cut leeks" in the after-sales service. I originally planned to do the first warranty, and then I will do maintenance in the three-party repair shop in the future. But now that the service is transparent and the price is transparent, I estimate that I will still choose the official store for follow-up maintenance. After all, reliability is more important than anything else.
During the maintenance process, I went to the workshop to have a look when I was idle. I have to say that the sales and service in this store are quite enthusiastic. After I went to the workshop, I followed me and gave me a brief introduction to the general maintenance process. He said that their technicians are all certified by the original factory. To be honest, if I have to run a long-distance self-driving car for thousands of kilometers, I really need an official inspection and maintenance to make my heart more confident.
Let’s talk about why I bought a guard at that time. When I bought a car in the first place, there was already a hard standard – it had to be a "square box". When choosing between the Mercedes-Benz big G and the guard, I finally chose the latter because of the guard’s unique British temperament and more online appearance (well, it was actually because my daughter-in-law was hit by the guard’s shape at a glance).
I have always felt that the Defender 110 is the most suitable size for the Defender. If it is 90, it is more suitable for pure play users. The 130 is too long, the aura is too strong, and sometimes the daughter-in-law will drive it. The Defender 130 has a body of nearly 5.4 meters, and she is definitely unable to hold it. The Defender 110, which is just over 5 meters in height, is the most balanced in terms of both durability and practicality.
I bought the 3.0T version. In fact, when I bought the car, the new Defender V8 had just come out, but after the test drive, the 400 horsepower of my 3.0T engine was a bit "overperformance". Although the 5.0T V8 was very attractive, after comprehensive consideration, I still felt that the 3.0T version was completely sufficient.
Another thing to say is that the comfort of this generation of guards is really good. For a hardcore cross-country, it really exceeds our expectations. Even if the noise at high speed is very low, driving in the city usually feels very quiet. Compared with hardcore cross-country, the comfort experience of guards can really give full marks.
The guard has been driving for more than half a year, and in general, the more you drive, the more satisfied you are. Although your mileage may vary, the return rate of the guard is really high, which also proves to a certain extent that the design of this generation of guards is really top! I can’t help but look back a few times after locking the car. In addition, if I have the opportunity to do maintenance next time, I will share it to see if the service commitment of Land Rover has achieved national transparency!
