According to the report of Beijing Health and Health Commission, from 0: 00 to 24: 00 on October 30, 16 local confirmed cases and 8 asymptomatic infected persons were added (including 2 asymptomatic infected persons converted to confirmed cases, of which 13 cases were reported), 18 isolated observers and 4 social screening personnel, and no new suspected cases were found; Two confirmed cases imported from abroad and six asymptomatic infected people were added, and no suspected cases were added. 26 cases were cured and discharged, and 11 cases were asymptomatic infected.

Confirmed case 4: I live in No.7 Hospital of Huamaocheng, Chaoyang District, and I am an isolated observer. I was diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 30th.

Asymptomatic Infected Person 8: I live in Tongyong Boyuan Community in Miyun District, and was diagnosed as asymptomatic infected person on October 30th in order to isolate the observers.

Imported confirmed cases from abroad

Confirmed case 1: China, who arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from French on October 27th, was sent to a centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 30th.

Confirmed case 2: China, who arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Taiwan, China on October 26th, was sent to a centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 30th.

All the above cases have been transferred to designated hospitals, epidemiological investigations have been carried out, and control measures have been implemented as required.

Centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring personnel should strictly abide by the epidemic prevention regulations. If there are positive cases in the isolation point where the centralized isolation personnel are located during the isolation period, they will not have dinner, get together or go to crowded places within 7 days after the isolation is lifted. Home isolation, home health monitoring personnel and their roommates should strictly stay at home and stay indoors, and cooperate with nucleic acid detection and health monitoring. Once symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, and decreased sense of smell and taste appear, they will not buy medicines by themselves, and immediately report to the community and cooperate with corresponding control measures.

Those who enter and return to Beijing should strictly implement the epidemic prevention policy of entering and returning to Beijing, take the initiative to report to the relevant departments such as communities, units, hotels, etc. After arriving in Beijing, they will have two tests for three days, complete a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Beijing, and complete the second nucleic acid test within 72 hours after an interval of 24 hours. Before the negative result comes out, they will not go out at home, have dinner, get together or go to crowded places for seven days. Adhere to wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, ventilation frequently, gathering less, keeping a safe social distance, entering public places such as communities (villages), supermarkets, entertainment and fitness centers, and cooperating with normal prevention and control measures such as scanning code for temperature measurement and checking negative nucleic acid certificates within 72 hours.
