The total investment of the project is about 5 billion yuan, which can process 3 million tons of oil annually after production and realize an annual operating income of 15 billion yuan. After completion, it will effectively guarantee the stable supply of feed protein and oil in Northeast China, and play an important role in safeguarding national grain and oil safety, improving the modernization level of domestic grain and oil processing industry, and enhancing the agglomeration effect of regional grain and oil industry.

　　Since the beginning of this year, Dalian has strengthened the work orientation of focusing on projects, innovatively implemented three mechanisms of project construction classification and scheduling, "horse racing" incentives, supervision and inspection, focused on projects, expanded investment, and promoted development.
