Is the letter from the lawyer of Meituan true?

In the Internet age, the related trends between enterprises and consumers often attract extensive attention and discussion on the Internet. The topic of "Is the lawyer’s letter of Meituan fake?" has been widely discussed by major social platforms. With the fermentation of events and the emergence of many opinions, all kinds of discussions have become the focus of attention. Below, we will analyze it from many angles, trying to answer the question in everyone’s mind, is the letter from Meituan lawyer true?

Before we understand this incident, it is necessary for us to find out what a lawyer’s letter is. A lawyer’s letter is a formal legal document issued by a law firm or lawyer, which is usually used to express positions, claim rights or give warnings. In business operations and civil disputes, lawyer’s letter is a frequently used legal tool.

Is the letter from the lawyer of Meituan true?

Whether a lawyer’s letter is true or not is a key point to determine its authority. If the lawyer’s letter is false, its legal effect will cease to exist, and it will only become a tool of intimidation. If the lawyer’s letter widely circulated in the name of Meituan is proved to be false, it is obvious that it will not only be affected by the crisis of trust, but also seriously affect the reputation of the company. So, is the lawyer’s letter from Meituan true? This is the core issue that we need to promote interpretation.

The origin of this incident is a so-called "Meituan lawyer’s letter" circulated on the Internet. Some people posted public screenshots, some people took the opportunity to make heated discussions, and even some users began to question the business strategy and attitude of the company. This led to "whether the letter from the lawyer of the US Mission is true or not" immediately boarded the hot search list.

In a short period of time, users from many different platforms analyzed the contents of the lawyer’s letter word by word, and put forward two core questions: Does this lawyer’s letter represent the official position of the US Mission? Is the legal basis behind the lawyer’s letter sufficient? In these doubts, whether the enterprise comes forward to clarify or not has become an important reference to judge the authenticity of this incident.

If we want to verify whether the lawyer’s letter of Meituan is true, the first task is to confirm the source of this lawyer’s letter. If the lawyer’s letter really comes directly from Meituan Company and is issued by a law firm authorized by Meituan, then its authenticity is beyond doubt. However, if this lawyer’s letter contains forged elements, then the person or organization that spreads such information is suspected of breaking the law.

Is the letter from the lawyer of Meituan true?

Enterprises will issue statements through legal channels, including official websites and official Weibo, to trace the authenticity of lawyers’ letters. Whether the US delegation publicly confirms and responds may also become an important source of information to judge the truth of this incident.

The rationality and legal basis of the lawyer’s letter is also an important basis for answering "whether the lawyer’s letter of Meituan is true or not". Judging from the relevant screenshots published at present, this lawyer’s letter seems to be mainly related to some consumer or online comment disputes, especially the handling of the negative comments of the US Mission.

According to the analysis, a lawyer’s letter with doubtful authenticity may usually be deliberately expressed in vague terms to achieve the purpose of deterring users. If the lawyer’s letter has clear logic and sufficient reasons, and is accompanied by specific legal provisions, its authenticity will be relatively higher. "Whether the lawyer’s letter of Meituan is true or not" needs to be considered in combination with the careful screening of the content.

"Is it true or not?" is not only a simple legal question, but also a public opinion crisis because it involves public sentiment. Some netizens are skeptical and think that this may be a means of marketing; Another part of netizens pointed out that such lawyers’ letters were suspected of abuse, which virtually infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of users.

Is the letter from the lawyer of Meituan true?

This divided voice exposes consumers’ expectations for the sincerity of corporate communication. Even if the lawyer’s letter of Meituan is finally proved to be true, enterprises need to further strengthen communication with consumers to avoid the situation from escalating.

The answer to the question "Is the lawyer’s letter of Meituan true?" may need to wait for the public certification of authoritative channels. During this period, events may still evolve in many directions.

If the lawyer’s letter is proved to be true, it is likely to be a legal means for the US Mission to protect its legitimate rights and interests, but whether the public agrees with its legal strategy will become the focus of discussion. If the lawyer’s letter is proved to be false, then Meituan may face more legal risks, not only need to take countermeasures, but also need to repair the trust rift with consumers.

What is the truth? Dealing with such disputes should be based on facts and take the law as the criterion to avoid hasty accusations and the spread of false information.

Is the letter from the lawyer of Meituan true?

Taking the public opinion crisis caused by "Is the letter from the lawyer of Meituan true" as an example, we can observe that how to deal with it in the storm of corporate public opinion is very critical. If it is a corporate behavior, it is necessary to prove the legitimacy of the behavior. If it is not a corporate behavior, it needs to be quickly and publicly rumored. At present, in the information-developed network society, timely public relations response can greatly enhance the credibility of the organization.

For consumers and the public, it is also very important to treat such events rationally. Don’t trust unconfirmed information, learn official channels and formal media to get the truth.

Generally speaking, "Is the lawyer’s letter of Meituan true" has aroused widespread concern about corporate behavior norms and user protection laws. This incident reminds us that both enterprises and individuals should keep a clear understanding of online speech and behavior norms to avoid falling into legal risks.

The final answer may also require the official statement of the US Mission. But whatever the truth is, we all expect the incident to usher in a fair and just solution, and the trust between enterprises and consumers can be built more healthily.

From "the tide of working" to "Feng Haichao" —— Focus on the change of Fuyang in the Spring Festival, a big city of migrant workers.

Xinhua News Agency, Hefei, March 8th Title: From "Migrant Workers" to "Feng Haichao" — — Focus on the "Big City of Migrant Workers" in Fuyang during the Spring Festival.

Xinhua News Agency reporter Shui Jinchen and Dong Xue

After the Spring Festival, migrant workers once again set foot on the train to the city with big bags and small bags on their backs. However, Zhang Qingfang, who is over 50 years old, changed the "going out" that he has been insisting on for 18 years this year and chose to stay in his hometown.

Zhang Qingfang is not a "lone ranger". As a major labor export city, nearly one third of the 10.62 million people in Fuyang, Anhui Province go out to work all the year round. However, in recent years, this "tide of working" rising since the 1990s is quietly changing, and the newly-increased proportion of people returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship exceeds that of migrant workers, and the "Feng Haichao" trend is beginning to appear.

Bosses and mechanics return home in groups.

On the eighth day of the Lunar New Year, the sewing machine rattled in the workshop of Qi Xin Luggage Factory in Yingquan District, Fuyang City. Just after the Spring Festival, Han Shipeng and his wife, who live in Ninglaozhuang Town, returned to the factory.

I have been wandering for 19 years. In 1997, Han Shipeng, who graduated from junior high school, left his hometown and entered a luggage factory in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. Since then, he has been working in the luggage industry for more than ten years. He has also grown from a migrant worker who knows nothing to a skilled craftsman who can make plates. When he returned to his hometown in the Spring Festival of 2016, Han Shipeng was attracted by the Qi Xin luggage factory in Fuyang’s returning employment handbook. In August of that year, he returned to his hometown with his wife and entered this factory.

There are two considerations for returning home, one is income, and the other is family. Han Shipeng said that because he can make plates, he is a skilled mechanic. Now his monthly income is about 6,000 yuan, and the couple’s monthly income is not much different from that in Zhejiang.

At the same time, he pays more attention to "supporting the old and raising the young" at home. "More than a decade ago, we left our children with the elderly, and we couldn’t come back twice a year. Both the elderly and the children complained. Now I can go home to see my parents on weekends, and my children can go to school nearby. " Han Shipeng said, "I feel that I have found a long-lost but precious family relationship and responsibility."

Liu Shenghong, the boss of Qi Xin luggage factory where Han Shipeng works, was once a migrant worker. In 2009, as the "leading goose" in Fuyang City, Liu Shenghong returned to his hometown to set up a factory. At present, the factory has more than 300 employees, and the output value of the company reached more than 80 million yuan in 2017. Liu Shenghong said that in addition to the main factory, they have five processing plants in counties, towns and villages around Fuyang City, and workers can find jobs at home.

Let the returnees live and work in peace and contentment

In order to help migrant workers find jobs, from February to March this year, Fuyang city, county and township jointly planned to hold a number of job fairs. According to the relevant data of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, there are currently 36,000 entrepreneurs returning to their hometowns in Fuyang City, and 620,000 migrant workers are employed in the county, an increase of about 400,000 compared with 2008.

“‘ A clever woman can’t cook without rice ’ If there is no enterprise, how can you return to your hometown for employment? " Li Haichuan, director of China Merchants Bureau of Fuyang City, said that the city has attracted investment and set up enterprises to increase employment. In the past three years, 2,653 investment projects have been completed, including 1,680 manufacturing projects, mainly including agricultural and sideline food processing, textiles and clothing, pharmaceutical manufacturing and recycling of waste resources and materials.

Not only that, Fuyang is currently building a "20-minute employment circle". Dong Xiaohong, deputy director of Fuyang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, said that by building industrial parks, migrant workers’ pioneering parks, employment poverty alleviation bases and poverty alleviation workshops, migrant workers can achieve employment within 20 minutes. At present, the city has provided 41,300 jobs and resettled 3,004 poor laborers. 639 poverty alleviation workshops were built or rebuilt, and 82 employment poverty alleviation stations were built, which led to the employment of more than 14,000 people.

Dong Xiaohong said that at present, middle-aged people who are returning to their hometowns are mainly married and established, and maintaining family ties is the main factor for returning home. How to make the "nest" live more comfortably after "returning to the nest"? The city has standardized the housing, the transfer of social security relations, and the education of children who move with them in the form of documents.

It is more important to protect the nest when nesting.

The development of cities and the competition between regions are, in the final analysis, the competition for talents. As a big city of human resources in central China, Fuyang will also work hard on the confidence of returnees in employment and investment, the optimal matching and cultivation of human resources, and the development of strong county-level characteristic industries.

The improvement of employment and investment environment has given entrepreneurs and migrant workers confidence to stay in their hometowns. Liu Shenghong said that the most important investment environment for entrepreneurs to invest. When I first came back, it was common to run to multiple departments for a license for several weeks. Nowadays, all departments implement centralized window handling and complete all procedures in one day.

Only by making the best use of people can we achieve the optimal matching of talent resources. Whether people make the best use of it and "optimal matching of resources" are more important. Liu Shenghong and other entrepreneurs who returned to their hometowns thought, "What are the specialties of migrant workers and whether there are jobs in their hometown enterprises? The matching of the two requires the government to build a platform to achieve accurate demand docking under the support of big data. "

Cultivate county-level characteristic industries, become stronger in characteristics, and attract talents in strength. Dong Xiaohong said that at present, all counties and districts in Fuyang have formulated industrial plans that conform to regional characteristics. For example, jieshou city is rich in lead and aluminum resources, and is building a demonstration county of circular economy. At the end of 2014, Nie Gang, a graduate of Tsinghua University, returned to his hometown and devoted himself to the research and development of new material foamed aluminum with recycled aluminum. "I hope that through my own development, I can bring the demonstration effect of upgrading to the traditional industries in my hometown." Nie Gang said, "More than three years ago, I started a business here with Tsinghua’s younger brother, and no one was available locally. Today, the company has gathered more than 20 college graduates from Anhui, including doctors and masters. "

Eating breakfast like this is equal to eating for nothing!

Breakfast is very important, but people often ignore it. Some people skip breakfast because they are in a hurry and lose weight, which is quite unhealthy; Some people obviously ate breakfast, but it seems that they didn’t eat it, and they have stomach pain, obesity, fatigue and other discomfort.

This is often-bad habits and wrong cognition hinder us from eating a healthy breakfast.

Eating breakfast like this is tantamount to eating for nothing.

The wrong way to eat breakfast is not only bad for your health, but also affects the mood of the day. If you find yourself making the following mistakes, you should correct them in time.

First, eat breakfast after 9 o’clock.

The best time to eat breakfast is from 6: 00 to 8: 00 in the morning, because gastric acid secretion is strong at this time, and eating is the best for the stomach. If you eat breakfast after 9 o’clock, it will lead to no appetite and poor appetite for lunch. Eating breakfast even after 9 o’clock can also supplement nutrition, but the absorption is relatively poor.

Eating breakfast too early will interfere with the rest of the stomach and disturb the peristalsis rhythm of the stomach. Some medical experts pointed out that when people sleep, most organs are resting, while digestive organs are still digesting and absorbing food left in the gastrointestinal tract, and they gradually enter a state of rest in the morning.

Second, replace breakfast with non-staple food

I believe many friends have tried to eat breakfast casually, thinking that they can just fill their stomachs. Doing so will cause problems in nutrition and health.

Mistake 1: Fruit replaces breakfast.

Some female friends eat fruit for breakfast in order to lose weight. This kind of breakfast is short of glycogen (carbohydrate such as staple food) that can supply energy to the brain, and protein that can keep people energetic, which will lead to the lack of various nutrients in the long run.

Mistake 2: Snacks instead of breakfast

People are dehydrated in the morning, and snacks are dry food. If snacks are used instead of breakfast, it will affect gastrointestinal digestion. Although biscuits can provide energy in a short time, hunger comes faster, and blood sugar will drop significantly before noon.

Mistake 3: Instant noodles instead of breakfast

Instant noodles are a kind of food with high fat content, and it is easy to cause gastrointestinal problems when instant noodles are often used as breakfast.

Third, eating breakfast too fast hurts the stomach.

Wolfing breakfast will increase the burden on the stomach and produce indigestion. So, don’t eat too much just to be greedy or hungry. You should eat breakfast slowly and enjoy it.

Fourth, eating while walking has the risk of inhaling bacteria.

It is often seen that some working people eat breakfast while walking. In fact, eating breakfast like this is a health risk. Solving breakfast on the road is easy to eat dust, microorganisms and harmful gases in the air, which is not only unhealthy, but also affects health.

In addition, the frequency and amplitude of walking will affect the digestion and absorption of the stomach. When the body is busy dealing with costly muscle activities, the blood supply will be transferred from the digestive system such as gastrointestinal tract to muscles, which will cause indigestion.

If you don’t eat breakfast for a long time, your body will change dramatically.

Everyone knows that "skipping breakfast is unhealthy", but how many people really change it? The Survey Report on Breakfast Diet of China Residents shows that 35% of the respondents can’t eat breakfast every day, among which "time is tight" is the primary factor.

If you don’t eat breakfast for a long time, your body shape will change slowly, and the most obvious change is getting fat.

Studies have shown that people who often skip breakfast increase the risk of overweight or obesity by 48% and the risk of "belly" obesity by 31% compared with those who often eat breakfast. If you don’t eat in the morning, you may overeat at at noon. Secondly, an empty stomach will reduce the sugar in the blood and reduce its basal metabolic rate. Once food is ingested, it will double its absorption and storage, increasing the chance of gaining weight.

People who often skip breakfast will also exhale an unpleasant smell-bad breath. The appearance of bad breath is related to volatile sulfide. Some medical experiments have found that the longer the volatile sulfide is in the mouth, the higher the concentration. With less chewing and less saliva secretion, the self-cleaning ability of oral cavity will decrease and bad breath will increase.

Lang Jiangrong, deputy chief physician of Heji Hospital affiliated to Changzhi Medical College, suggested: insist on eating breakfast in the morning, and at the same time, you need to brush your teeth carefully, keep your mouth clean, inhibit the production of active sulfide and suppress bad breath. Skipping breakfast will also damage our body organs and sound the signal light of disease.

According to a study in the Journal of American College of Cardiology, skipping breakfast is significantly related to the increased risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular related deaths, especially stroke-related deaths. Dr Wei Bao, an associate professor of epidemiology at the University of Iowa, said that people who never eat breakfast have an 87% higher risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases than those who eat breakfast every day.

In addition, often skipping breakfast will also lead to insufficient nutrient intake and general fatigue, which will increase the risk of gallstones, gastritis and hypoglycemia, and the probability of causing hypertension and high cholesterol will also increase by about 40%.

What is a healthy breakfast?

It’s not difficult to have a healthy breakfast, but the key is nutrition. According to the Investigation Report on Breakfast Diet of China Residents, the breakfast diet structure of China residents is not balanced enough, and the food types are single, and more than 55% of the respondents eat less than three kinds of food for breakfast.

Therefore, following the principle of "balance, variety and less oil", a healthy and nutritious breakfast was born. For different groups of people, Xiaojian made a list of nutritious breakfasts, and everyone can choose the breakfast that suits them according to their needs!

2022 understands that Chedi’s new energy winter test is on, and 54 models compete. Whose battery life is very resistant?

If we are going to choose a new energy vehicle, we should not only look at the standard cruising range performance of the target model, but also look at its actual cruising range, especially in the cold winter. Of course, due to the limitation of objective conditions, it is not realistic to test by yourself, so you may wish to pay attention to the newly-launched 2022 new energy winter test activity. This winter test covers 54 mainstream models in various price ranges below 100,000, 100,000-200,000, 200,000-300,000 and above 300,000, such as BYD Dolphin, Nezha S, Han EV, Ideal L9, etc., which is very worthy of reference for car consumers.

Since it is a winter test, the temperature at the test site should naturally be low enough. Therefore, this winter test site was selected in Yakeshi City and genhe city, Hulunbeier, Inner Mongolia, where the temperature has dropped to 20 degrees below zero. Testing new energy vehicles in such a low temperature environment can naturally reflect the actual endurance performance and charging technology of the models.

In the endurance test of this winter test, it is limited to the load combination of one driver and one passenger, and the driving mode tends to be daily. At the same time, the braking energy recovery will be carried out in the economic driving mode/the strongest gear, and 100 electric charges will be replenished in advance and the automatic air conditioning temperature setting at 24℃ will be completed.

In addition to the cruising range and charging performance, this test will also evaluate the performance, intelligent cockpit, assisted driving and spatial performance of the model, and present the product strength of the model to the audience in multiple dimensions.

In fact, this is not the first time that Chedi has conducted a winter test of new energy vehicles. At the end of 2012, a related test was also conducted. At that time, 41 mainstream new energy vehicles were evaluated, involving 20 items such as battery life, charging, elk test and climbing, so that consumers can intuitively understand the actual quality of the vehicles. This year’s winter test involves more models and deserves consumers’ attention and expectation.

Promote the release of norms and standards for the sharing of power exchange stations for electric passenger cars.

China Quality News Network (Zhang Yang) Recently, China Association of Automobile Manufacturers announced that 15 group standards, such as "Code for the Construction of Shared Substations for Electric Passenger Cars Part I: General Provisions", have been compiled according to the prescribed procedures of "Administrative Measures for the Revision of Standards of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (Trial Edition)". It was audited by China Automobile Industry Association and officially released on December 20th, 2021. The release of this series of group standards will better promote the development of the electric vehicle industry.

The picture is from the website of China Automobile Industry Association.

The research and formulation of this series of standards lasted for nearly two years, and the relevant units and industry experts conducted many discussions and conducted extensive research work, which was strongly supported by relevant automobile companies, power battery manufacturers and other units, and obtained a large number of constructive suggestions and test data, ensuring the quality of standard preparation. The publication of this series of group standards not only specifies the key core components, technical requirements and general processes of the shared power exchange station for electric passenger cars, but also classifies, standardizes and requires the quick exchange device, communication protocol, locking mechanism, data management, test rules and safety protection.

According to the China Automobile Association, the power exchange mode of electric vehicles not only meets the requirements of promoting the innovation of electric vehicle models, but also solves the difficult problems in the popularization of electric vehicles, bringing new choices and experiences for users’ green and smart travel. Therefore, the publication of the series of group standards of "Code for the Construction of Shared Substations for Electric Passenger Cars" can better promote the development of the electric vehicle industry. The release of this series of group standards will give full play to the characteristics of strong flexibility and wide participation of group standards, and continuously and widely accept the opinions and suggestions fed back by industry units through various channels during the implementation process, and revise them in time to better serve the promotion and application of power exchange mode.

In 2020, the "Government Work Report" included the construction of power exchange station in the scope of new infrastructure construction for the first time, and the policy began to encourage the application of power exchange mode. Since then, more and more mainstream car companies have begun to join the camp of power exchange mode. Among them, Weilai Automobile, Beiqi New Energy, SAIC, Geely Automobile, Guangzhou Automobile Group, etc. have all introduced models of power-changing mode.

However, there is a gap between the vehicle technology and battery standards of various enterprises, and there is a lack of unified industry standards, so there are also great differences in the construction standards of power exchange stations, which leads to many difficulties in sharing power exchange stations.

With the publication and promotion of the series of group standards of "Code for the Construction of Shared Substation for Electric Passenger Cars", the shared substation will gather various power exchange requirements of different brands and models, integrate and unify the scattered power exchange stations, and exert the potential of a single substation to a greater extent without changing the total number of constructions.

China Mobile’s 2024, in one word: Tuo!

China Mobile’s 2023 is a breakthrough year, with its operating income exceeding one trillion yuan, and its profit reaching a new record high. The construction of 5G dominates the world, the computing network has begun to take shape, and its business performance has been excellent. Under the background that telecom operators around the world are generally sluggish, it is not an exaggeration to say "learning to dominate".

Especially recently, China Mobile talked about the future development of the communication industry and the construction plan of a digital intelligence society at MWC2024, and it has become a proper master!

This is the current development foundation. Past achievements can be the foundation for the future, but it is also a burden. After all, it is easy to "make a hundred feet" and it is difficult to "go further"!

Based on the achievements in 2023 and the assessment requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) for central enterprises, the goal of China Mobile in 2024 is still "two growth and four promotion": "two growth"-good income growth, coordinated profit growth and "four promotion"-development quality improvement, scientific and technological innovation ability improvement, investment efficiency improvement and personnel efficiency improvement. It is basically consistent with 2023.

How will China Mobile achieve this goal in 2024? I think the key lies in one word: extension!

First, expand business boundaries

At present, China Mobile has formed a business system with CHBN+VG as the core. It can be said that this system has basically achieved full coverage of the fields and industries that China Mobile can provide services, and the next step is to expand its business depth and breadth.

The following are the business areas that I think have great room for expansion:

1, the network business:At present, the digital transformation of society is accelerating, and the business space of computing network is huge. After intensive construction in the early stage, China Mobile currently has strong computing resources, which has obvious advantages in computing network business scenarios. In 2024, we should further dig deep into the scenarios, build demonstration projects, promote the development of computing network business market, and form a stable channel for realizing computing network resources. Of course, if it can become an important component and main carrier of the national large-scale computing network, then the future of the latter computing network business is boundless.

2. AI+ business. The rise of big models, in a year’s time, China Mobile released a number of big models, including the big model of public engine base, the big model of sea computing government affairs, the big model of customer service, the big model of network, the big model of enterprise calls, the big model of Sichuan outbound bank and so on. These large models can promote the intelligent upgrade of operation and management mode internally, but more importantly, they can provide high-level intelligent business applications around the needs of the intelligent transformation of production, life and governance, which also has huge market space, especially in combination with the original resource endowment of China Mobile, which is attractive to all walks of life and can also play a role.

3. Data service:Needless to say, China Mobile’s advantages in data are also on the way to realizing data. For example, the Wutong big data platform can provide valuable information and insight for government, finance, tourism, transportation and other fields; For example, the digital networking DSSN provides low-cost, efficient and credible "data logistics" services. These have broad market space and liquidity.

4. Taiwan business:China’s mobile capability center has gathered nearly 1,000 high-quality capabilities such as artificial intelligence, Beidou high-precision positioning, and large-scale data acquisition. At present, its internal value has been quite remarkable, mainly reflected in cost saving. There is no doubt that the next step is to fully open up to the outside world, and turn China Mobile’s capability center into a capability center of thousands of industries, providing digital intelligent transformation solutions for all walks of life.

5, security business:Network information security is one of the highest tasks in China at present. From the commercial point of view, security is a trillion-dollar market. China Mobile originally had relatively strong network security capabilities, and combined with its recently acquired Venus and self-developed security capabilities, it has the strength to make security a business/service/solution to provide services for all walks of life.

6. Big video service. At present, multimedia services such as video, live broadcast, cloud games and cloud VR are popular, and the demand for high-quality video content is booming. For China Mobile, which has a network, a data center and edge computing, this can be said to be a natural business, and it cannot be missed.

7. Satellite Internet service. After the release of Huawei Mate60 last year, China Telecom’s satellite communication was out of the limelight. In the second half of the year, China Mobile obviously accelerated its deployment in satellite communication and satellite Internet. From the current wind direction, I estimate that the relevant license for China Mobile’s satellite communication should be soon. Once the license is issued, it will be a new business for China Mobile.

Second, expand network capabilities

China Mobile is the largest mobile network operator in the world, and there is no one. Just looking at 5G, China Mobile has 1.9 million 5G base stations, making it a proper global brother. But at the same time, it should be pointed out that China Mobile still has a lot of courses to make up on the network, and it still needs to further expand its network capabilities, which is not only the current development needs, but also the future layout needs.

1. All-optical backbone network:China Mobile needs to further build a reliable, stable, visible and manageable all-optical network, which is the basis for China Mobile to expand the industrial Internet, and this should be a key point of China Mobile’s current network construction.

2. 5G private network:China Mobile has a certain scale of 5G private network, but it still needs to further speed up the streamlining of the network 5G RedCap and the cross-domain network 5G LAN capabilities, such as "plug and play" 5G express line, "jump into the cloud" 5G direct connection and other lightweight services.

3、5G-A:5G-A is regarded as the further evolution and promotion of 5G network, which will release the greater potential of 5G technology. Previously, China Mobile announced that it would launch the world’s largest commercial deployment of 5G-A in more than 300 domestic cities in 2024. This deployment will include promoting the trial commercialization of a number of 5G-A network technologies, such as synaesthesia, passive Internet of Things, network intelligence, XR enhancement and industrial Internet. These technologies will help to improve network performance, expand coverage and enhance network functions, and lay the foundation for the application of 5G in the production industry.

4、6G:At present, the world has entered the competition period of 6G. Combined with the background of the current Sino-US game, 6G is facing new challenges, such as the split of international standards, the difficulty of technological integration and innovation, and the profound adjustment of industrial model. In 2024, one of the important and urgent tasks of China Mobile is to speed up the research and development of 6G, realize the breakthrough of 6G theory and technology, lead the international standards, and at the same time cultivate 6G autonomous controllable industries in advance. This task is very heavy.

Third, expand overseas markets

It’s a fact that the domestic communication market is over-saturated, but if we jump out of the domestic border and look at overseas markets, we will find that there is still huge room for growth outside. At present, 5G is still exclusive to a few countries, and most countries still stay in the 4G or even 3G stage, and the information infrastructure construction is seriously backward.

In recent years, China Mobile has been actively promoting the construction of international information infrastructure, constantly optimizing the layout of resources along the Belt and Road and around the world, continuously deepening the interconnection between China and the world, and improving the layout of new digital infrastructure of international roads (land and sea cables), stations (network access points) and islands (data centers). By 2022, China Mobile International Company has set up 36 business locations around the world to provide digital intelligence services to customers around the world.

Based on the present and looking to the future, China Mobile should give full play to the leading comparative advantages of China’s digital economy, focus on the advantageous areas such as 5G and cloud network, and actively promote the overseas expansion of China’s solutions and China’s capabilities, not only to build a "model house" for going to sea, but also to normalize the relatively perfect digital intelligence solutions such as 5G smart factories, Internet of Things platforms and 5G drones.

Considering geopolitical factors, we may not expect to replicate China Mobile in overseas markets, but at least we can make overseas markets a powerful growth point of income, which is not too difficult.

Fourth, expand investment space

In recent years, China Mobile has obviously stepped up the pace of foreign investment. In 2016, China Mobile Investment Company was established, with two direct investment entities and three fund platforms. In the past few years, the annual investment quota was not less than 20 billion yuan, and the accumulated investment enterprises exceeded 500, with the investment scale exceeding 190 billion yuan and the assets under management exceeding 250 billion yuan. In particular, in 2023, a number of major strategic projects such as Dahua, Postal Savings Bank and Phoenix Media were completed, with an investment quota of nearly 60 billion yuan. From the data in the financial report, China Mobile’s foreign investment has made a great contribution to the overall profit of China Mobile, which is estimated to be close to 15 billion yuan, and the income from investment alone is almost the same as that of China Unicom.

Of course, the return of investment lies not only in the profit contribution, but also in the ecological expansion. At present, China Mobile has invested in more than 150 key computing industries such as chips, semiconductors and quantum communication. This is very helpful for China Mobile’s joint industrial strength to become bigger and stronger. A striking example is Venus Star. After the acquisition of Venus Star, China Mobile’s competitiveness in security-related projects in the government and enterprise market has at least reached a higher level.

Fifth, expand the vitality of employees

China Mobile’s workforce structure is divided, which is my consistent view. However, how to make employees in different lines and positions work together to support the long-term development of China Mobile is the key issue that China Mobile is facing at present and in the next few years.

The competition among enterprises ultimately comes down to the competition among enterprise teams. How to mobilize employees’ work enthusiasm, stimulate employees’ vitality, and improve employees’ work efficiency and creativity is a key issue to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, especially how to cultivate employees’ innovative consciousness and ability and develop new products and services before the current new quality productivity issue is an important task of China Mobile 2024.

tag

In 2023, China Mobile climbed a peak, on which the road ahead is steeper and the wind is more urgent. In 2024, it depends on how China Mobile continues to explore the situation.
